Casey is a Licensed Manual Therapist & Somatic Practitioner specializing in Medical Massage , Neuromuscular Therapy, Stretch/Movement Therapy, Applied Polyvagal Theory and Thai Yoga Therapy.

After being involved in two major car accidents- she has a strong connection toward those with chronic pain. Taking the beauty from the bad, this drew her to pursue a future in bodywork therapy, using an empathetic and therapeutic approach to help others.

Being a Physical Therapy Tech for 5 years, she developed a deep passion for Human Anatomy and the way the body moves and recovers. She likes to assist clients with stretches after the session to prolong relaxation and facilitate overall wellness.

Casey is eager to continuously expand her knowledge of the body and therapeutic treatments. Her goal is to combine Bodywork,  Client Education and Rehabilitative Exercises into one integrative healing modality.
